Privacy Policy

Yesno Labs built the Yosu Math app.

Yosu Math is an Ad Supported app. It offers in-app subscriptions to unlock premium features. This Service is provided by Yesno Labs and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

Through the registration process, you will provide us with your e-mail address. We use Google Firebase for authentication and storing in-app progress. It provides us with a safe, secure authentication system to manage your sign-up and logging in to the app using an email address and a password.

It collects the following information from you:

  • Passwords (not stored in readable form)
  • Email address
  • User agents
  • IP addresses
  • User progress in the app

Firebase Authentication uses the data to enable end-user authentication, and facilitate end-user account management. It also uses user-agent strings (a basic description of your device model) and IP addresses to provide added security and prevent abuse during sign-up and authentication.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you and to display personalized ads. The user can disable ads by making in-app purchases.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

Opt-out of interest-based advertising

If you do not want to receive behavioral in-application advertisements from third parties that relate to your interests on your mobile device, you can opt-out of interest-based advertising by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting "limit ad tracking" (Apple iOS) or "opt-out of interest based ads" (Android). You can also reset the “Advertising Identifier” (such as an IDFA) from your mobile device’s settings page, which will prevent continued use of existing behavioral data tied to your previous “Advertising Identifier.” Further, depending on the platform provider (such as Apple or Google), you may be able to download apps, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s “AppChoices” app, that offer to provide you with control regarding the collection and use of cross-app data for behavioral advertising.

Some of the third-party services providers and/or Advertisers may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") or the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising. You can visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp, which provides information regarding targeted advertising and the "opt-out" procedures of NAI members. You can opt-out of our use of your Web site viewing behavior data to serve you interest-based advertising on third-party sites and email newsletters here http://www.aboutads.info/choices.

We also partner with Google to show ads. You can opt-out ad personalization using https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

You can prevent the use of Google Analytics relating to your use of our Services by downloading and installing the browser plugin available via this link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

All of the opt-out tools described in this subsection are provided by third parties, not by us. We do not control or operate these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools.

Please note opting out through these mechanisms does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads which may be less relevant to your interests.
